CONSTRUCTION

LABTOP Walk in chambers are double walled prefabricated modular panels with PUF insulation and easy to install at site. The Inner of slandered chambers are made of Stainless Steel 304 and Exterior is made of pre painted galvanised sheet and GMP models are with inner and outer of Stainless Steel 304. The unit has double walled see through leak proof door with lock, with a provision of opening door from inside. Full glass door to view the samples without disturbing the test conditions & user safety.

REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

The cooling is effected by CFC free refrigeration system with split type condensing unit located outside the room. Labtop condensing units are characterised by high-efficiency heat transfer and low power consumption.

Powder coated body to make the units UV and corrosion resistant.
Inner grooved copper tubes and slit aluminium fins for superior heat transfer.
Filter drier for moisture and dirt protection.
