Labtop Refrigerated Circulating and re-circulating baths designed for providing excellent accuracy & uniformity essential for most demanding applications in the temperature range of -35°C to + 100° C. These circulating baths are ideal for both immersing samples & circulating controlled temperature liquid to external equipment.

Temperature range adjustable from -35.0 to 100.0°C with micro controller based temperature controller includes digital temperature display of set value and process value, integrated pump circulation for maximum temperature uniformity. Temperature alarm system with adjustable high /low alarm limits includes audible and visual warning.

CABINET CONSTRUCTION

The cabinet of Labtop baths is insulated with high density CFC free Poly Urethane Foam and the stainless steel inner chamber (SS 316) is seamless, eliminating the possibility of rust and leaks, and the rounded corners are easy to clean. The exterior is white powder coated (1.0 mm thick) Mild Steel. Complete Unit in total stainless steel (Inside SS 316 and outside SS 304, 1 mm thick) is also manufactured by Labtop.

REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

The cooling is effected by CFC free refrigeration system with a condensing unit located inside the chamber. Labtop condensing units are characterised by high-efficiency heat transfer and low power consumption.

Audio visual alarm when the temperature deviates from the set temperature.

Visual alarm for Sensor faulty

High quality PT-100 Sensor for better accuracy

Micro-controller controls the internal temperature within ± 0.5 ºC. .

REFRIGERATED CIRCULATING BATH

Labtop circulators are used for routine applications like immersing samples for temperature studies in the circulating bath as well as external temperature applications.
